What gets synced
When you connect a platform, SpendGuard syncs your ad accounts, campaigns, ad groups, and ads (excluding archived/deleted).
Sync timing
- Initial sync runs automatically after connecting
- Manual sync available from Settings → Connections → Sync Now
- Cooldowns: Meta Ads every 6 hours, Google Ads every 24 hours
Typical duration: 1–2 min for small accounts, up to 10 min for large ones.
Plan limits
Your plan may limit the number of connections, synced ads, products per guard, and total guards. Check Settings → Billing for details.
Troubleshooting sync
Sync not starting
Check connection status is "Active" and you're not in cooldown.
Taking too long
Normal for large accounts; keep the tab open.
Ads not showing
Verify the account has active (non-archived) ads and you selected the right account.
