Terms & Conditions (Saanvi Studio)

1) What we do (productized service)

Saanvi Studio provides a productized service that helps Shopify brands install operational workflows (e.g., support deflection, exception routing, approvals, monitoring, and reporting) across your existing tools.

Important: The website is informational. Any implementation work is confirmed only after we agree on scope, timeline, and payment terms (typically in writing).

2) No guarantee of specific results

We aim to deliver high-quality workflows and reliability practices. However, business outcomes vary based on factors outside our control (order volume, team execution, carrier performance, policy decisions, and existing tooling).

Therefore, we do not guarantee:

• any specific revenue increase,
• a specific reduction in refunds/tickets/chargebacks,
• or any particular operational metric improvement.

3) Scheduling and communications

If you book an audit call or submit an inquiry:

• You agree to provide accurate information
• You agree we may contact you at the email you provide to discuss your request
• You can opt out of non-essential communication at any time

4) Client responsibilities (for implementation work)

If you engage us for implementation, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to required systems/tools (Shopify, helpdesk, courier/aggregator, messaging tools, etc.)
• Assign a point of contact who can approve rules and workflows quickly
• Review deliverables and provide feedback within reasonable timeframes
• Use workflows responsibly and follow provided runbooks where applicable

Delays in access/approvals can affect delivery timelines.

5) Payments (high-level)

Exact payment terms are agreed per project. Common terms include:

• 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery (unless otherwise agreed)
• Monthly monitoring/support billed in advance (if applicable)

All fees are non-refundable once work has started, except where explicitly stated in writing.

6) Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• We retain ownership of our pre-existing templates, internal libraries, and general know-how.
• You own your underlying business data and systems.
• For project-specific deliverables (workflows/configuration), your rights to use them are granted as part of the engagement—subject to payment completion.

If you want full transfer of specific assets or source code, that must be scoped explicitly.

7) Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and use it only to deliver services. We may use anonymized learnings (without identifying you) to improve our templates and methods.

8) Acceptable use

You agree not to use our site or services to:

• violate laws,
• infringe rights,
• send malware/spam,
• attempt unauthorized access to systems,
• or misuse automation in a way that harms customers or platforms.

We may refuse service if your request creates unreasonable legal, ethical, or platform risk.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Saanvi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the website or services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific services giving rise to the claim (or USD $100 if no fees were paid).

10) Third-party services

Our work may integrate third-party platforms (Shopify, couriers, helpdesks, WhatsApp providers, etc.). We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing, or behavior of third-party services.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the site or decline engagement if:

• you misuse the site,
• you provide false information,
• or proceeding would create unacceptable operational/legal risk.

For paid engagements, termination terms (including any remaining fees) will be governed by the written project agreement.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Hyderabad, Telangana will have jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
