How can I save my child's artwork?

ArtYears lets you scan paper artwork, import selected Photos, and optionally search Photos for likely artwork. Everything is organized in a private library on your iPhone.

Can ArtYears find drawings already in my Photos?

Yes. Find artwork in Photos can search the Photos you allow ArtYears to access and suggest likely artwork for you to review before adding. It does not claim to find every piece.

How do I scan kids' drawings?

Choose Scan artwork, photograph a piece, and review the result before saving. ArtYears can help detect page edges and straighten the capture when conditions allow.

How does ArtYears organize artwork by age?

ArtYears uses each child's birthday together with the artwork date to group pieces into ages such as Baby, Age 1, Age 2, and so on.

What is an Age Art Book?

An Age Art Book is an automatic book created from a child's artwork for a given age. You can customize cover, layouts, backgrounds, order and captions, then print or save a PDF.

Can I print my child's artwork?

Yes. You can print selected artwork, album selections, or Art Books, and save or share PDFs through AirPrint and the iOS share sheet. ArtYears is not a mail-order book service.

What is the difference between Export artwork and Create backup?

Export artwork takes your image files out of ArtYears. Create backup preserves the complete ArtYears library so you can restore it later.

Does ArtYears upload my children's artwork?

No. In the current version of ArtYears, the active library stays on your device. ArtYears does not upload your artwork to our servers for storage.

Does ArtYears require an account?

No. ArtYears does not require an account.

Is ArtYears a subscription?

No. Core ArtYears Lifetime is a one-time unlock. There is no recurring subscription for core ArtYears.

Can I use ArtYears for more than one child?

Yes. Free includes 1 child and up to 50 artworks. ArtYears Lifetime unlocks unlimited children and artwork.

What happens if I delete the app?

Deleting ArtYears removes its private local library. Backups and exports you saved elsewhere remain where you stored them.
