Troubleshooting
I selected the wrong Avery / paper code
Open Paper from Sheet preview (or start a new sheet) and search the exact code on your packaging in Choose label paper. Several manufacturer codes can share one layout — confirm the layout description (for example Letter · 3 × 10) matches the box. LabelSheet is not affiliated with Avery or other manufacturers; codes only help you find a compatible sheet.
A4 versus US Letter
A4 and Letter layouts are different geometries. Loading Letter paper with an A4 template (or the reverse) will misplace labels. Match both the app layout and the paper in the printer tray.
Labels print too high, low, left or right
First confirm paper code and print at Actual Size / 100% with Fit to Page / Scale to Fit turned off. Then open Alignment (Adjust alignment) and change horizontal (X) / vertical (Y) offsets in millimetres.
Use Test print / Print test sheet — test prints are free. Offsets are saved per sheet type, not as a separate profile for each physical printer. See fixing misaligned address labels.
Scaling and cumulative alignment drift
Automatic scaling in the print dialog shifts every label. Prefer Actual Size. Small feed differences can accumulate down a long sheet or across pages — re-test after changing printers or paper stock instead of stacking large offsets on the wrong template.
Calibration and free test printing
Alignment test pages do not consume your free single-sheet Print/Share allowance. Previewing, editing, saving jobs and calibration remain free. The free allowance covers one eligible single-sheet Print or Share; multi-sheet jobs require Lifetime even if that free sheet is unused.
Partly used sheets
In Sheet preview, set Start at / Start at label to the first unused sticker. Following sheets in a multi-page job start at label 1. Guide: print on partly used sheets.
Contacts import
Tap Contacts on Addresses and select people in Apple's picker. Only selected contacts are imported. Guide: print labels from Contacts.
Buy or restore Lifetime
Purchase Lifetime through the in-app purchase flow. Use Restore purchase while signed into the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.

Address jobs and settings are stored in LabelSheet's private local storage on your iPhone. See the Privacy Policy.
