LabelSheet Privacy Policy

Privacy summary

LabelSheet is designed for local address-label printing. The app does not require an account. Address jobs, layouts and generated PDFs are processed and stored on your device for normal use.

LabelSheet does not operate a Saanvi cloud address-storage service and does not upload your address jobs to servers operated by Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP for routine printing or preview.

LabelSheet does not sell personal information.

Optional Contacts access

Contacts import is optional. When you tap Contacts, LabelSheet presents Apple's system contact picker. You choose which contacts to import.

LabelSheet receives only the contacts you explicitly select — not your entire address book. For selected contacts, the app may use display name, organization and postal address fields needed to build labels.

Selected contact details are stored locally with your job so you can edit, preview and print later. They are not uploaded to Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP as part of normal Contacts import.

Addresses you enter or import

Addresses you type, paste, import from a CSV file, or bring in from Contacts are stored in LabelSheet's private app storage on your device, along with copy counts and related job settings.

This information is used to arrange labels and build print or PDF output. It is not uploaded to Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP servers as part of routine LabelSheet operation.

Local jobs and layout settings

Job names, paper layouts, start-label positions, alignment offsets and related settings remain in private app storage until you delete them or remove the app.

Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP cannot access your local LabelSheet library remotely.

Printing and PDF export

LabelSheet generates print layouts and PDFs locally on your device.

When you Print with AirPrint or Share a PDF, content is sent only to the destination you choose (for example a printer, Files, Mail or AirDrop). Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP does not receive that output through the app.

Destinations you choose may process the file under their own policies.

Lifetime purchase and Apple StoreKit

Lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. LabelSheet may receive product and transaction information needed to unlock features. Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP does not receive your payment-card details from Apple.

Restore purchase uses your Apple Account purchase history according to Apple's rules.

Advertising, analytics and tracking

LabelSheet is intended to operate without third-party advertising and without cross-app tracking for marketing purposes.

Your choices — deleting stored information

You can delete individual jobs or addresses within the app where those controls are provided. Uninstalling LabelSheet removes its private local data from the device according to normal iOS behavior.

You control whether to use Contacts import at all. You choose when to Print or Share.

PDFs or exports you saved outside LabelSheet remain where you stored them until you delete them separately.

Apple-managed device backups

Local LabelSheet data may be included in device backups managed by Apple, depending on your backup settings. Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP cannot access your Apple backups and does not guarantee that backup or restore will recover your jobs.

Support email

If you contact support, Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP receives the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message content and any attachments.

Please do not send private mailing lists or contact details unless necessary for troubleshooting.

Security

Local data is protected by your device and Apple's platform security. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children's privacy

LabelSheet is a utility app and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through LabelSheet.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we publish an updated version.
