How to Print on a Partly Used Label Sheet From iPhone

Reuse a label sheet with stickers already peeled off: set Start at so LabelSheet begins on the first unused label, preview, then print.

Short answer: In Sheet preview, open Start at (dialog: Start at label) and choose the first unused label position. Preview the skipped cells, then Print or Share. Following sheets in a multi-page job still start at label 1.

When to use a partial sheet

If some stickers are already peeled off, you can still use the rest of the sheet. LabelSheet skips early positions so printing begins on the first remaining label, instead of wasting a fresh sheet.

Step-by-step

  1. Create or open a job and choose the correct paper code on Choose label paper.
  2. Add the addresses you still need to print.
  3. Open Sheet preview.
  4. Tap Start at and set Start at label to the first unused position (you can also tap a label in preview when the app allows it).
  5. Confirm skipped positions look correct, then Print or Share a PDF.

How multi-page jobs behave

Start-at applies to the first sheet of the job. Additional pages start again at label 1. If your job needs more than one page, Lifetime is required even if you have not used the free single-sheet Print/Share allowance yet.

Alignment is separate

Starting mid-sheet does not replace horizontal/vertical alignment. If labels land high/low or left/right after you set Start at, use Alignment and a free Test print. See fixing misaligned address labels.

Common questions

Do skipped labels still count toward overflow?

LabelSheet places your addresses from the start position onward. If they cannot fit without shrinking, the app warns you instead of silently clipping.

Can I print Avery 5160 leftovers this way?

Yes, if the sheet matches the 5160-compatible layout. See printing Avery 5160 labels from iPhone.
