How to Print Address Labels From Your iPhone Contacts
Import selected Contacts into LabelSheet, place them on a label sheet, preview, and print or share a PDF — without uploading your address book.
Short answer: In LabelSheet, open Addresses, tap Contacts, select the people you need in Apple's picker, set copies if required, choose your paper, then Preview sheet → and Print or Share.
What LabelSheet accesses
Contacts import uses Apple's contact picker. LabelSheet receives only the contacts you explicitly select — it does not request full address-book access. Selected name, organization and postal address fields are stored with your job on the device for layout and printing.
Step-by-step
- Tap Create label sheet and choose paper on Choose label paper (search a product code such as 5160 or L7160, or create custom paper).
- Open Addresses and tap Contacts.
- Select one or more contacts that have mailing addresses, then confirm.
- Review the list. Adjust copies per address with the − / + controls if you need duplicates of the same label.
- Tap Preview sheet →, check placement, then Print or Share a PDF.
Formatting and duplicates
Postal formatting for imported Contacts follows Apple's mailing address formatter for that contact's postal data. LabelSheet does not automatically treat different people at the same street address as duplicates — each selected contact becomes its own label entry unless you remove or merge them yourself.
Privacy
Jobs and imported addresses stay in LabelSheet's local storage on your iPhone unless you Print, Share, or delete them. There is no LabelSheet account. Details: LabelSheet Privacy Policy.
