How to Print a Weekly Calendar From iPhone
Print one or several weeks from your iPhone calendar using a side-by-side or stacked weekly layout, with readable appointments.
Short answer: In PrintMyCal, select Week, choose your start week and weeks to print, open Customize → Week arrangement, pick Columns or Stacked, then Print or Save/Share PDF.
For school runs, family schedules, care appointments and shift planning, one clear weekly page can be easier to use than checking a phone all day. PrintMyCal provides two different weekly arrangements.
Columns vs Stacked
Columns puts seven days side by side, so you can compare the whole week at a glance. It typically suits landscape paper. Stacked lists the seven days from top to bottom, giving each day more horizontal space for readable event details.
Print one or more weeks
- Select Week on the PrintMyCal preview.
- Tap the date heading to choose the starting week and the number of weeks to print.
- Open Customize → Week arrangement and pick Columns or Stacked.
- Open Calendars to include only the event sources you need.
- In Paper, select A4 or Letter; use Auto orientation unless you have a preference.
- Review all generated pages before tapping Print or Save/Share PDF.
Make the week more readable
Try larger text for appointments you plan to pin up or hand to someone. If the page is too crowded, choose fewer calendars or Stacked. Longer or busy schedules can require more pages to preserve legibility.
Use the same setup next week
Save your chosen paper, layout, calendars and formatting as a View. PrintMyCal keeps the date range separate, so you can move on to a new week without editing a stored date inside the View. Saved Views are available in the free version.
