How to Save an iPhone Calendar as a PDF
Choose events, dates, layouts and paper, then create a printable PDF from your iPhone calendar without copying events manually.
Short answer: Set up your layout and dates in PrintMyCal, review every page in the preview, then open ⋮ → Save/Share PDF and choose Files, Mail or another iOS destination.
A calendar PDF is useful when you want to email a schedule, save a copy for offline reference, or print later from a computer or print shop. PrintMyCal turns event data from the calendars available on your iPhone into a printable PDF generated on the device.
Create the PDF
- Open PrintMyCal and select the calendars to include.
- Choose Day, Week, Month or List and the date period to export.
- Adjust A4 or US Letter, text, notes and locations if needed.
- Open the preview and check each page, including continuation pages for busy months.
- Open ⋮ → Save/Share PDF and select Files, Mail or another iOS destination you trust.
How to share without revealing every event
Before creating the PDF, open print-only editing to hide or change a Printed title for sensitive events, or show a title simply as Busy. These options affect the generated copy; the original Apple Calendar events are not edited.
Why a PDF can be better than a screenshot
A PDF preserves page layout and can include more than one page. A screenshot only records what happens to fit on the visible iPhone screen, often making an entire month difficult to read.
Print the saved PDF later
Use a compatible PDF viewer and choose the same paper size you selected in PrintMyCal. Depending on the printer, page-scaling choices can change the final physical result. If the page layout matters, check the print preview and use Actual Size / 100% when available.
