PrintMyCal Privacy Policy

Privacy summary

PrintMyCal helps you print calendars already available on your iPhone. The app does not require a Saanvi account. Calendar events and printable documents are processed on the device in the local printing workflow. PrintMyCal does not sell calendar information or use calendar data for advertising.

Calendar access and permission

PrintMyCal uses Apple's EventKit interfaces to read the calendars and events you allow. On iOS 17 and later, the system may describe this as Full Calendar Access even though PrintMyCal is designed to read events rather than modify them. The app does not add, edit or delete events in Apple Calendar. You can change permission through iOS Settings. Without permission, the app cannot show your actual calendar events for printing.

Calendars and synced accounts

Calendar sources are supplied by iOS, which may include local, iCloud, Google, Exchange or subscribed calendars. PrintMyCal does not directly request passwords for those services or operate its own calendar-account connection. The providers you have enabled in iOS may process calendar data under their separate policies.

Local print settings and Saved Views

The app may store settings on your device, including selected calendar identifiers, page size and orientation, chosen layout, text preferences, Saved Views and the month used for the free allowance. These settings are used to restore your chosen printing preferences. Saved Views do not include fixed or rolling date selections or temporary print-only event edits.

Print-only event edits

PrintMyCal may let you change a Printed title, omit an event, or display it as Busy. These choices affect the generated printed copy; they do not update Apple Calendar. Temporary print-only changes are not written back to calendar providers.

PDF generation, printing and sharing

Previews and PDFs are generated on your device. When you explicitly choose Print, Share or Save/Share PDF, iOS may send the document to the printer, app, storage provider or service you select. That destination may process the PDF under its own privacy terms.

PrintMyCal does not operate a server that receives your calendar PDF as part of the normal printing flow.

Purchases

The optional one-time Lifetime purchase uses Apple's App Store and StoreKit. PrintMyCal may receive information needed to check purchase and entitlement status. Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP does not obtain your payment-card details through the app. For billing or refunds, use Apple's purchase-support processes.

Device storage, backups and deletion

PrintMyCal's local preferences and transient files are kept in the iOS app environment. Removing the app normally removes its app-specific local data, subject to iOS behavior. Device backups controlled by Apple may include eligible app data depending on your settings.

Documents deliberately saved to Files, iCloud Drive, email, printer systems or other services remain at those destinations until you remove them there.

Analytics and tracking

The calendar-to-PDF workflow does not require a developer-operated calendar-processing backend. Calendar event details are not used for behavioral advertising or tracking across apps and websites. PrintMyCal does not show ads. If data practices or optional diagnostics change in a future version, this policy and App Store disclosures will be updated. Website hosting logs or analytics on other Saanvi pages, if present, are separate from events processed in the app.

Support correspondence

If you email support, we receive the email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use that material to respond to your request and keep it only as reasonably needed for support and legal obligations. Please avoid sending private event titles, locations or schedules unless strictly necessary.

You can request deletion of support correspondence at hello@saanvi.ai, subject to legal obligations.

Security

PrintMyCal uses iOS app sandboxing and Apple platform protections for local app operations. Any file shared outside the app follows the protection and privacy practices of the chosen destination. No device or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

PrintMyCal is a general-purpose calendar printing utility. It does not ask children to register an account. Adults using the app should review any personal or child-related event details before printing or sharing a calendar.

Changes to this policy

We will post material changes to the policy at this URL with an updated effective date. If a future release adds cloud processing, accounts, analytics or other material data handling, we will update this policy and the applicable App Store disclosures before or when that release becomes available.
