PrintFit Privacy Policy

Privacy summary

PrintFit is a local photo-printing utility. The app does not require an account and does not contain advertising or tracking.

PrintFit does not sell personal information.

Photos and projects

You choose photos through Apple's system photo picker. PrintFit can access only the photos you select. Your original photos in the Photos library are never edited or deleted by the app.

Selected photos are copied into PrintFit's private app storage on your device. Thumbnails, crop settings, print dimensions, copy counts, layouts, and PDFs are processed on the device. Photos and project files are not uploaded to servers operated by Confianza LLP.

One print project may be saved locally on your device so you can continue later.

Local storage and deletion

Imported photo copies, thumbnails, other locally generated files, and the saved project remain in PrintFit's private storage on your device. You can remove individual photos, start a new project, or delete the app to remove local app data.

If you generate or share a copy outside PrintFit — for example a PDF saved to Files, Photos, another app, or a printer — that copy is not inside PrintFit. You would need to delete it from its destination separately.

Local app data may be included in device backups controlled by Apple, depending on your device and backup settings. Confianza LLP cannot access your Apple device backups.

You can control photo access through Apple's photo picker and the applicable iOS settings on your device.

Printing and sharing

PrintFit generates PDFs locally on your device.

When you choose AirPrint or the iOS share sheet, the selected PDF is sent to the printer, app, or service you choose. Confianza LLP does not receive that PDF.

The printer, app, or service you select may process the file according to its own privacy policy. PrintFit does not control those destinations.

Purchases

Lifetime-unlock purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. PrintFit may receive the product, transaction, and entitlement status needed to unlock the purchase. Confianza LLP does not receive your full payment-card or banking information.

Analytics, advertising, and tracking

These statements refer to the PrintFit app. This privacy policy page does not load website analytics. Other pages on the Saanvi website may use hosting logs, cookies, or analytics.

The PrintFit app currently has:

• No advertising SDK
• No third-party analytics SDK
• No behavioural profiling
• No cross-app tracking
• No sale of personal information
• No Saanvi or Confianza cloud account
• No developer-operated backend receiving photos or projects

Support communications

If you contact support, Confianza LLP receives the email address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. This information is used only to respond to the support request, diagnose the reported problem, and meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements.

Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary. You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing hello@saanvi.ai, subject to legal obligations.

Please do not send private photos unless they are required to explain your issue.

Children

PrintFit is not specifically directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.

Security

Reasonable measures are used to protect the app and support correspondence. No device or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Policy changes

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. If a future version of PrintFit adds analytics, cloud processing, accounts, or other data collection, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before or when that functionality is released.
