Please do not send private jobsite or client photographs unless they are necessary for troubleshooting and you are comfortable sharing them.
Common questions
How do I create a job?
From the JobAlbum home screen, create a new job and give it a name. You can then add work areas for that project.
How do I add work areas?
Inside a job, add named areas such as kitchen, bathroom or exterior. Each area can hold its own Before, During and After photos.
How do I capture photos?
Open the camera flow from a job area, choose Before, During or After, and capture photos in the app. You can keep capturing in the same stage while you move between areas when the app allows it.
How do I import photos I already took?
Use the photo picker to select existing images from your library and assign them to the appropriate area and stage.
How do Before, During and After work?
Each photo belongs to a stage so reports can show progress clearly. Choose the stage before you capture or when you import.
How do I add notes to a photo?
Open the photo in the job workflow and add optional text notes where the app provides a notes field.
How do I preview a report?
Use the report preview in JobAlbum to review layout, areas and selected Before/After pairs before you export.
How do I share a PDF?
Generate the PDF locally, then use the iOS share sheet to send it through Mail, Files, AirDrop or another app you choose.
How do I set up business branding?
Add your business name and logo in JobAlbum's branding settings so generated PDF reports include your company identity.
What is the three-job free limit?
JobAlbum is free to download and includes three jobs with full reporting and no watermark on PDFs. Additional jobs require the Lifetime unlock.
How do I buy or restore Lifetime?
Purchase JobAlbum Lifetime through the in-app purchase flow. Use Restore Purchase while signed into the same Apple Account used for the original purchase.
Can I still use my first three jobs after the limit?
Yes. Existing jobs remain accessible, editable and exportable. The limit applies to creating additional new jobs beyond the free tier unless you unlock Lifetime.
Where is my data stored?
Jobs, photos and report settings are stored in JobAlbum's private local storage on your iPhone or iPad. JobAlbum does not upload your project library to Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP servers.
What if I replace my device or delete the app?
Deleting JobAlbum removes local project data from that device. PDFs you already saved elsewhere remain where you stored them. JobAlbum does not currently offer a separate cloud backup or restore service for projects.
Does JobAlbum work on iPad?
Yes. JobAlbum supports iPhone and iPad. Project data does not automatically sync between devices.
