JobAlbum Privacy Policy

Privacy summary

JobAlbum is designed for local job documentation. The app does not require an account. In the current release, jobs, imported or captured photos, notes and generated PDFs are processed and stored on your device.

JobAlbum does not operate cloud storage for your project library and does not upload your job photos to servers operated by Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP for normal app use.

JobAlbum does not sell personal information.

Jobs, areas and project metadata

JobAlbum stores job names, work area names, photo stage assignments (Before, During, After), ordering information and related project metadata in private app storage on your device.

This information is used to organize your documentation and build PDF reports. It is not uploaded to Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP servers as part of routine JobAlbum operation.

Camera

JobAlbum uses the camera when you choose to capture photos in the app. Camera access is requested when needed; the app does not continuously access the camera in the background.

Photos you capture are stored in JobAlbum's private app storage on the device for use in reports.

Importing selected Photos

You can add photos from your library using Apple's system photo picker. JobAlbum can access only the items you select.

Selected images are copied into JobAlbum's private storage for use in your project. JobAlbum does not change or delete the original items in your Photos library.

Photo notes and branding assets

Optional text notes you enter for individual photos are stored locally with your project.

Business branding information such as your business name and logo image you provide are stored locally and used when generating PDF reports.

Private local application storage

Jobs, photo copies, thumbnails, report layout data and related files remain in JobAlbum's private storage on your iPhone or iPad until you delete them or remove the app.

Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP cannot access your local JobAlbum library remotely.

PDF generation and sharing

JobAlbum generates PDF reports locally on your device.

When you share or print a PDF, the file is sent only to the destination you choose — for example Mail, Files, AirDrop or a printer. Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP does not receive that PDF through the app.

Services you share to may process the file under their own policies.

Lifetime purchase and Apple StoreKit

JobAlbum Lifetime purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. JobAlbum may receive product and transaction information needed to unlock features. Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP does not receive your payment-card or banking details from Apple.

Restore Purchase uses your Apple Account purchase history according to Apple's rules.

Advertising, analytics and tracking

The JobAlbum app is intended to operate without third-party advertising and without cross-app tracking for marketing purposes. Confirm the shipping binary and App Store privacy questionnaire before relying on this statement for compliance filings.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete individual photos or jobs within the app where those controls are provided. Uninstalling JobAlbum removes its private local data from the device according to normal iOS behavior.

PDFs or exports you saved outside JobAlbum remain where you stored them until you delete them separately.

Apple-managed device backups

Local JobAlbum data may be included in device backups managed by Apple, depending on your backup settings. Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP cannot access your Apple backups and does not guarantee that backup or restore will recover your projects.

iPhone and iPad; no automatic project sync

JobAlbum supports iPhone and iPad as separate installations. Project data does not automatically synchronize between devices. Each device maintains its own local library unless you manually export and move files yourself.

Support email

If you contact support, Confianza TechnoSoft Solutions LLP receives the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message content and any attachments you include.

Please do not send client jobsite photos or full project exports unless necessary for troubleshooting.

Security

Local data is protected by your device and Apple's platform security. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children's privacy

JobAlbum is a business productivity app and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through JobAlbum.

Your choices

You control camera and photo-library access through iOS settings and the system pickers. You choose when to generate or share a PDF.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we publish an updated version.
